The Bounty Hunter will attack any Kingdom in Carnage for a fee.
His fee is a minimum 100000gp, but you may pay him more. The more you pay, the bigger
the attack force. No land is lost in the battle, only troops. The attacked Kingdom will
receive experience points for the battle. The Bounty Hunter can only be hired once every
24 hours. If no message is sent with the attack, it will be anonymous and the Kingdom will
not know who sent the Bounty Hunter. Kingdoms may be attacked even if under protection.
Only meditating Kingdoms can not be attacked by the Bounty Hunter.
